益气养阴活血法对慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用研究

目的：探讨益气养阴活血法治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法整群选择该院2014年1月—2016年8月期间收治的86例慢性心力衰竭患者作为受试者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加益气养阴活血中药汤剂治疗,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组中医证候疗效为90.70%显著高于对照组(72.09%),观察组心衰疗效为93.02%,显著高于对照组(74.42%),对照组不良反应发生率(25.58%)显著高于观察组(6.98%),组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论益气养阴活血法治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效可靠。

Study on the Treatment Effect on Chronic Heart Failure of Yiqiyangyin-huoxue

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods Group selection 86 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 43 cases in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016. The control group received routine treatment, the obser-vation group in the control treatment of Chinese herbal decoction group based on the observation of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups. Results To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 90.70% higher than that of the control group (72.09%), the observation group with heart failure was 93.02%, significantly higher than the control group (74.42%), adverse reaction rate of the control group (25.58%) was significantly higher than the observation group (6.98%), The difference between groups was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Bvqnyabc reliable curative effect for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
