胸外科患者术后行疼痛护理干预的效果分析

目的：探讨对胸外科患者手术后行疼痛护理所得到的临床效果。方法整群选择2015年2月—2016年6月间曾在该院接受手术治疗的胸外科患者116例,采用随机方法分为观察组与对照组,观察组与对照组人数均为58例,对照组中患者在手术后行常规护理,观察组中患者在手术后实施疼痛护理干预,观察两组患者临床效果。结果在手术及护理结束之后,观察两组患者VAS评分,观察组中患者24、48、72 h评分分别为(8.4±1.2)分、(7.5±1.6)分、(6.6±0.6)分,对照组中患者评分分别为(7.8±1.4)分、(5.0±0.8)分、(3.2±0.4)分,观察组中患者评分明显优于对照组；观察两组患者各项指标,观察组中患者镇痛药物使用时间、拔管时间及住院时间分别为(1.2±0.2)d、(7.2±1.2)d、(8.5±1.4)d,对照组中患者时间分别为(2.4±0.6)d、9.4±1.8)d、(12.5±1.6)d,观察组中患者与对照组相比明显较优秀；观察两组患者护理满意率,对照组中患者护理满意率为77.6%,观察组中患者护理满意率为94.8%,两组患者之间差异有统计学意义。结论对胸外科手术患者行疼痛护理可得到理想临床效果,可使患者手术后疼痛有效减轻,使其各项临床指标均得到改善,促进患者尽快康复,并且可使患者护理满意率提高,可在临床上广泛应用。

Analysis of the Effect of Rursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Pa-tients in Department of Thoracic Surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pain nursing after operation in the Department of thoracic surgery. The patients in the observation group scored significantly better than the control group; ob-serve two groups, observation group of patients using analgesic time, extubation time and hospitalization time were (1.2±0.2)d, (7.2±1.2)d, (8.5±1.4)d, the control group of patients with time were (2.4±0.6)d,(9.4±1.8)d,(12.5±1.6)d, the observation group and the control group group compared was excellent; observe two groups of patients nursing satisfaction rate of pa-tients in the control group, nursing satisfaction rate was 77.6%, observation group patients nursing satisfaction rate was 94.8%, there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The department of thoracic surgery operation patients with pain care can get an ideal clinical effect, can make the patients with postoperative pain relief, so that the clin-ical indicators have been improved, and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible, and can be.
