奥司他韦口服联合阿昔洛韦乳膏外用治疗手足口病的临床效果观分析

目的：探究奥司他韦口服联合阿昔洛韦乳膏外用治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年8月-2016年3月收治的118例手足口病患者纳入研究,采取随机双盲法将患者均分为观察组(54例)与对照组(54例),对照组患者口服奥司他韦治疗,观察组在其治疗基础上联合阿昔洛韦乳膏外用治疗,对比两组治疗效果、症状消失及住院时间、药物不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为98.15%,显著高于对照组85.19%,P<0.05；观察组患者症状消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05；两组治疗后药物不良反应均较少,且症状轻微,经对症处理后缓解,两组总率比较,P>0.05。结论奥司他韦口服联合阿昔洛韦乳膏外用治疗手足口病的临床效果良好,患者症状改善明显,恢复快,不良反应少,安全性高,具有极高临床应用及推广价值。

Oseltamivir Joint Oral Acyclovir Cream Topical Treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease Clinical Effect Analysis

Objective To explore joint oseltamivir oral acyclovir cream topical treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease clin-ical effect.Methods Convenient selection from August 2014 to March 2016 were 118 HFMD patients who were included in the study, taking randomized double-blind patients were divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (54 cases) and control group in patients with oral oseltamivir treatment, observation group on the basis of the treatment with a-cyclovir cream topical therapy, compared two groups of treatment effect, the symptoms disappear and length of hospital stay, drug side effects.Results Observation group after treatment the total effective rate was 98.15%, significantly higher than that of control group 85.19%,P< 0.05; Observation group of patients symptoms disappear time and hospital stay were short-er than the control group,P< 0.05;The two groups after treatment of drug side effects are less, and minor symptoms, allevi-ate after symptomatic treatment, two groups of total adverse event rate, P > 0.05. Conclusion Oseltamivir joint oral acy-clovir cream topical treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease clinical effect is good, the patients symptoms improved sig-nificantly, restore the losses, less side effects, high security, with very high value of clinical application and promotion.
