单纯性神经根型颈椎病的手术治疗

目的　探讨神经根型颈椎病的定位诊断、手术方法及疗效。方法　对 12例单纯性神经根型颈椎病行前外侧钩椎关节切除植骨融合术或前路椎间盘切除植骨融合术 ,术后平均随访时间 2年 8个月。结果　疗效优 6例 ,良 4例 ,可 2例 ,优良率83 3%。结论　前外侧钩椎关节切除植骨融合术或前路椎间盘切除植骨融合术治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效满意。定位诊断对手术疗效至关重要。颈椎MRI结合CT能协助定位诊断。

Surgical Treatment of Pure Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective To study the localization diagnosis,the operative methods and the results of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Twelve cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were treated with anterolateral Luschka joints removal and interbody fusion with bone graft,or anterior cervical discectomy and fusion.All cases were followed up for an average of 2 years and 4 months.Results Six cases obtained excellent results,4 good results,2 fair results.The satisfactory rate was 83.3%.Conclusion The results of anterolateral Luschka joints removal or anterior cervical discectomy for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy are satisfactory.The localization diagnosis is importment for operative results.The combinative application of the cervical CT and MRI images are helpful for localization diagnosis.
