| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电话回访式健康教育对糖尿病足患者健康行为和疗效的影响。方法将68例糖尿病足出院患者分成两组,观察组34例采用电话回访方式进行用药方法、饮食调护、自我监测能力、自我护理等方面的教育,对照组34例不予电话回访。6个月后对观察组和对照组进行健康行为和糖尿病足病变疗效评估。结果 6个月后,观察组用药依从性、饮食调护、自我监测能力和自我护理能力等健康行为优于对照组(P<0.05);糖尿病足病变疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电话回访式健康教育可促进糖尿病患者健康行为,提高其足病变疗效。
