| 摘 要： | 目的调查脑瘫高危儿母亲在长期照护患儿期间的心理健康状况,并分析其相关因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行设计的相关因素问卷,对50例脑瘫高危儿母亲进行问卷调查。结果脑瘫高危儿母亲在SCL-90总分及除精神病性的8项因子分方面明显高于国内常模(P<0.01),治疗效果及治疗费用不同脑瘫高危儿的母亲SCL-90得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫高危儿母亲存在不同程度的心理健康问题,其心理健康水平受脑瘫高危儿治疗效果及治疗费用的影响。治疗脑瘫高危儿的同时,应关注其母亲的身心健康,为其提供医疗、信息、情感支持等,以提高脑瘫高危儿母亲的心理健康水平。
