我院加强急诊科带教教师组织管理的方法

摘    要:目的探讨急诊科规范化培训带教教师临床管理方法和实施效果。方法自2008年3月,从人员选拔到职业素质、专业能力、教学能力等方面加强带教教师管理,并采用新的带教教师管理办法对39名毕业后1年内新护士实施规范化培训带教。结果 39名新护士对带教的满意度为100%,理论和技能考核成绩(91.54±6.17)分,与同期全院新护士总体的考核成绩(83.16±7.24)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三年内护士差错、纠纷的发生率明显降低。结论规范急诊科带教教师临床管理,不仅提高了带教教师自身素质,还有效地提高了新护士的知识和技能的掌握,以及急救护理质量。
