高职护理伦理学教学模式的改革与实践

摘    要:护理伦理学是对高职护理专业学生护理道德教育的必修课程.目前高职护理伦理学教学存在重视程度低,学时安排少;教材选用受限,教学内容混乱;教学模式单一,课程评价方式老化等问题.针对上述问题,介绍了在护理伦理学课程中实施“理论导入、岗位主体、案例贯串、实践体验”教学模式改革的做法,转变了学生对护理伦理学的学习态度,调动了师生双方的主动性和互动性,提高了护理伦理学教学的吸引力与实效性.

Abstract:Nursing Ethics is a required course in moral education of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. The existing problems in the teaching of Nursing Ethics were less attention and fewer teaching hours; limited textbooks and confused teaching contents; mono-teaching mode and old evaluation system,etc. This paper introduces the teaching mode reform of "Lead-in theoretically,post-oriented,cases permeated,and practice experienced" in the course of Nursing Ethics. This practice changed students' learning attitude towards Nursing Ethics,motivated the activity and interactivity of teachers and students,and improved the attraction and teaching outcomes of Nursing Ethics.
