摘    要:目的 实施临床护理带教方法的改革,以提高带教教师的教学能力和学生的综合素质.方法 改革临床护理带教前、带教中、带教后3个阶段的方法.带教前,考试、选拔、培训带教教师,带教教师试讲,科室护士观摩,同事间点评完善不足之处,护士长对实习生明确提出实习要求;带教中,改变以往“一对一”的教学方法,改为周三集中教学讲课,日常操作“一对一”指导;带教后,进行理论、操作考试和阶段性评价,出科时师生互评.结果 带教教师充分备课,开发多样灵活的教学方法,提高了教学能力.学生变被动学习为主动学习,提高了理论、操作、沟通等综合素质.结论 输液室临床护理带教改革,为师生搭建了一个展示自我、共创双赢的平台,提高了临床护理带教质量.

Abstract:Objective To reform clinical nursing teaching method in the infusion room in order to improve clinical teachers' teaching ability and nursing students' comprehensive quality. Methods We reformed clinical nursing teaching method in the infusion room. Before clinical teaching,the teachers were selected,received related training,and passed the examination;the students were prepared for clinical teaching in the infusion room,and the head nurse proposed internship requirement. In clinical teaching,we changed the one-to-one teaching method,concentrated teaching lectures every Wednesday,and gave one-on-one instruction on daily operation. After clinical teaching,the examination methods included the students' theory and operation exam,periodical evaluation,and mutual evaluation between teachers and students. Results The clinical nursing teachers prepared their lessons well,developed diverse flexible teaching methods,and improved their teaching ability. The nursing students improved their comprehensive quality such as theoretical knowledge,operation skills and communication. Conclusion The reform of clinical nursing teaching method contributes to improving clinical nursing teaching quality.
