| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种新型健康教育模式,以满足新时期老年患者需求。方法选择2010年1～12月的348例住院患者为试验组,采取健康教育内容文字化,健康教育方式分时段,健康教育实施分层次的新型健康教育模式;选择2009年1～12月的322例住院患者为对照组,采用科室健康教育宣传资料对患者进行口头健康教育的模式。在入院3 d和出院时,对两组发放健康教育问卷调查表进行评估。结果试验组在健康教育覆盖率、患者相关知识知晓率、健康行为依从性、患者满意率方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型健康教育模式的建立和应用,有利于满足新时期老年患者的健康需求,提高老年患者的健康教育效果和治疗依从性。
