阿霉素肾病大鼠外周血白细胞及肾脏糖皮质激素受体的变化

摘    要:目的为弄清大鼠肾小球肾炎时外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体(GR)与肾脏受体的变化的关系。方法 通过静脉注 射阿霉素复制大鼠微小病变型肾小球肾病模型,用放射配体结合法测定外周血白细胞GR及肾脏GR的变化。结果外 周血白细胞GR显著降低,而肾胞浆GR无明显变化,两者无明显相关性。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the chines of glucocorticoid receptors (GR) in peripheral leukocytes and the kidneys of rats with glomerulonephritis. Methods Rat models of adriamycin nephrosis were established by intravenous injection with adriamycin, and the expressions of GR in rat peripheral leukocytes and in the kidneys were measured with radioligand assay, using [3H] dexamethasone as the ligand. Results The expression levels of GR in the leukocytes were significantly decreased, while that in the kidney did not undergo any visible changes. Conclusion The changes of GR expressions in the leukocytes and the kidney are not correlated.
