麻醉性镇痛药用量情况的调查分析

本文调查分析了内蒙古医学院第一附属医院1990-1992年3 a间麻醉性镇痛药每年消耗量。麻醉性镇痛药共使用7种,按用量多少依次顺序为:度冷丁、芬太尼、可待因、强痛定、阿片片、吗啡及复方樟脑配。年总量以1990年最多(47.5％),1991年(27.1％)与1992年(25.3％)近似。新型麻醉性镇痛药有氨酚待因及二氢埃托啡 (1992年始用,用量较多)。其他非成瘾性镇痛药有4种,使用较多的为平痛新及安络痛,其他2种是颅痛定及曲马多。

A SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF NARCOTIC ANALGESICS CONSUMPTION

We surveyed and analysed narcotic analgesics annual consumption from 1990 to 1992 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College. There were seven kinds of narcotic analgesics used. According to the consumption amounts from high to low, the order was dolantin, fentanyl, codeine, AP-237, opium, morphine and Tr. camphor Co. respectively. The total annual consumption of seven drugs in 1990 was the highest (47.5%) and the other two years were approximate (1991-27.1%; 1992-25.3%) Two new narcotic analgesics were used. They were acetaminophen and dihydroetorphine. The later began to be used in 1992 and the annual consumption was higher. Four kinds of non - narcotic analgesics were also used. Among them nefopami and An Luo Tong were commonly used. The others were rotundine and tramal.
