医护人员对专科护士的认知差异分析

摘    要:目的分析医护人员对专科护士的认知差异。方法采用自设问卷调查临床医护人员,内容包括专科护士的一般情况、临床、管理、科研及教学等各方面的能力。结果护士对专科护士的学历、职称、计算机、英语、专科工作年限、人员分配方面能力等方面的要求高于医生,而在协调医护患关系、护理质量管理、研究本专科课题方面的要求低于医生(P<0.05)。结论医护人员对专科护士的认知存在差异,应有的放矢地培养专科护士,加强医护合作,更好地为病人服务。

Analysis of Cognitive Differences in Specialized Nurse between Doctors and Nurses
Abstract:Objective To analyze the cognitive differences in specialized nurse between doctors and nurses.Methods The doctors and nurses were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire.The questionnaire contents included five basic ability dimensions of specialized nurse:baseline data,clinical working ability,management ability,scientific research ability and teaching ability.Results The requirements of nurses were higher than those of doctors on education,job title,computer,English and special experience of specialized nurses,but the requirements were lower than those of doctors on the abilities of coordinating relationship,care quality management,researching in special subject(P<0.05).Conclusion Doctors and nurses have different cognition evolved in specialized nurses,for which specialized nurses should be trained with target,and strengthen the cooperation with doctors in order to provide better service for patients.
