中药湿热敷配合综合康复治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛醮病例观察

目的观察中药湿热敷配合综合康复手段治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院中风偏瘫后肩痛患者124例。随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组采用综合康复手段治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药湿热敷治疗。评价两组治疗前、后以及两组治疗后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）镇痛效果评分、简化Fugl—Meyer上肢运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表（ADL）。结果VAS疼痛数字评分、简化Fugl—Meyer上肢运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表（ADL）治疗后两组均与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。各组治疗后均优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且观察组总有效率为88．7％，明显优于对照组（75．8％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（X。=11．234，P〈0．05）。结论中药湿热敷配合康复能促进中风患者偏瘫肩痛疼痛及上肢运动功能的改善。

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress combined with rehabilitation in treating patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress combined with rehabilitation in treating the patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain.Methods 124 cases of stroke were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 62 cases used the acupuncture rehabilitation,the observation group in the control group treats in the foundation to add with the traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress treatment.Visual analogue scale,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement functional score and activity of daily living scale were observed before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference between each group before and after the treatment,visual analogue scale,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement functional score and activity of daily living scale in the observation group were higher than that in the control groups.The total effective rate of the observation group(88.7%) were better than that of the control group(75.8%),and there was statistics significance(χ2=11.234,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress combined with rehabilitation can facilitate the change of pain and upper limb movement function in hemiplegic shoulder pain patients.
