按摩推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的:观察穴位按压加旋转复位法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将119例患者用随机数字表法分成两组,治疗组67例,采用穴位按压加旋转复位法治疗;对照组52例,单纯牵引治疗。治疗14d,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎病颈椎功能评定表分别于治疗前、治疗后2周对疼痛及综合症状进行评分。结果:两组治疗后VAS、颈椎功能综合评分均有改善(P<0.01),而且穴位按压加旋转复位改善颈椎疼痛及症状优于单纯牵引治疗(P<0.01)。结论:穴位按压加旋转复位治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效有较高的临床推广价值。

Effect of the Massage Treatment for Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of acupressure and rotary repositioning manipulation on nerve--root type cervical spondylosis patients. Methods.. A total of 119 nerve-root type cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into the testing group （n= 67） and the control group （n= 52）. The patients of testing group were treated combined acupre- ssure and rotary repositioning manipulation, while the patients of control group were treated with simple neck traction therapy. The pain visual analog scale （VAS） and comprehensive assessment for cervical function methods were measured before and two weeks after treatment. Results：The VAS and comprehensive cervical function score in two groups both improved dramatically after treatment （P〈0.01）, which was more dramatically in the testing group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion.. The acupressure and rotary repositioning manipulation is high clinical value for nerve-root type cervical spondylosis patients.
