| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨丹紫康膝冲剂结合辅助疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将70例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,干预4周后比较两组的临床表现积分和疗效。结果:治疗后两组临床总疗效及临床表现积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前后两组临床表现积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹紫康膝冲剂结合辅助疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the efficacy of Danzikangxi Granule and auxiliary therapy in the treatment of the knee osteoarthri- tis. Methods：A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the experimental group and control group, 35 patients in each group. The scales for clinical manifestations and clinical efficacy were compared in 2 groups after treatment for 4 weeks. Resuits：There was no significant difference in the scales for clinical manifestations and clinical efficacy between the two groups （P〉0. 05） after the treatment. But significant difference was found in both groups between before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Danzikangxi Granule and auxiliary therapy is effective for treatment of the knee osteoarthritis. |
