| 摘 要： | 目的了解寻求自愿咨询检测（VCT）服务人群的具体情况，为预防艾滋病干预提供科学依据。方法对每位咨询者根据《深圳市艾滋病自愿咨询与检测登记表》项目进行询问、填写，对有感染艾滋病风险的求询者在征得本人同意后进行血样采集并检测。登记表数据用excel 2003录入，apss 11．5进行统计分析。结果508例寻求VCT服务人群中暂住或流动人口占83．66％，以未婚人群居多；男性占82．09％；女性占17．91％。绝大部分咨询人群在20～35岁间，共占86．02％，且男性多于女性（x^2=13．66，P〈0．05）；自愿检测率为98．43％，HIV检出率0．2％。结论加强对重点人群艾滋病知识的宣传和预防，可以促使前来自愿咨询检测人群改变不良行为，从而控制艾滋病在一般人群中扩散。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of HIV Voluntary Counseling and testing (VCT) in Futian District. Methods The data were collected through questionnaires survey and analyzed by Software SPSS 11.5. Results Among the 508 consulters in the VCT,temporary or mobile population accounted for 83.66 %,A mojority of them were unmarried people; males accounted for 82.09%; women 17.91%.
