| 摘 要： | 目的通过318例腰椎间盘突出症手术和非手术的临床效果的对比研究,探讨腰椎间盘突出症的非手术治疗方法。方法非手术治疗组150例患者采用卧硬板床休息、骨盆牵引、理疗及β-七叶皂甙钠静滴,疼痛缓解后进行腰背肌功能锻炼。对照组168例,确诊后进行手术治疗,术后1周行常规的腰背肌锻炼,平均随访2.1年。结果对照组优良率83.93%,非手术组优良率83.33%,两组χ2检验无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症手术不是首选的治疗方法,有些病例可以通过非手术治疗达到治愈。

| Abstract: | Aim To know the rehabilitation treatmen t methods of the lumbar disc herniation.Methods 150cases in group A were treated with the nonoperative treatment and the g roup B(168cases)treated with surgical treatment was treated as counterpart.All the patients were followed up f or average 2.1years.Results The effective and good rate of group A was83.3%,group B was 83.9%(A vs B P>0.05).There was not obviously different between two groups.Conclusion All the patients mustn' t need surgical treatment.The habilitati on treatment was also effective. |
