2006-2010年济南市艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

[目的]了解济南市艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作情况，掌握艾滋病防治需重点关注的人群。[方法]对2006～2010年济南市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊求询者资料进行分析。[结果]2006～2010年，共有8350人接受了VCT服务，其中20～39岁占85．16％；男性占91．21％，女性占8．79％。求询原因是因为有非婚异性性行为的占37．34％，有男男同性性行为的占51．96％，有输血或血制品史者占0．86％。HIV抗体阳性检出率为1．46％，HIV抗体阳性检出率，2006～2010年分别为0．98％、0．69％、1．07％、2．10％、2．37％（P〈O．01）；有非婚异性性行为者为0．42％，有男男同性性行为者阳性检出率为2．35％。[结论]VCT门诊可及时发现人群中HIV感染者／病人，减少艾滋病的传播，济南市艾滋病防治工作应有重点的关注男男性接触人群和有性乱的人群。

Analysis on Results of HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing in Jinan City, 2006-2010

[Objective]To understand the H IV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in J inan city and grasp the key groups for HIV/AIDS control and prevention. [Methods]From 2006 to 2010 in Ji＇nan CDC, the information of HIV voluntary counseling and testing clinic seeking consultation was analyzed. [Results]There were 8 350 receiving counseling services. The groups were mainly concentrated in the age group 20 to 39 years,accounting for 85. 16%. Males were 91.21% and females were 8.79%. There were several reasons for seeking consultation in which non-marital heterosexual sex ac- counted for 37.34 % ,men who have sex with men（MSM） accounted for 51.96%, blood transfusion accounted for 0.86 . HIV antibody positive average rate was 1.46%,and 0.98%//00,0.69%,l.07Y0,2.10%,and 2.37% respectively during 2006 2010（ P 〈0.01）. The positive rate of people who had non-marital heterosexual sex was 0.42%（13/3 091） and the positive rate of men who had sex with men was 2.35% （100/4 255）. [Conclusion]VCT clinic can detect the H IV infected people/patients,and to reduce the spread of AIDS The current emphasis of AIDS prevention and control should be the groups of MSM and sexual chaos.
