2005-2010年盘锦市猩红热流行特征分析

[目的]了解盘锦市猩红热流行状况，为制定有效的防控措施提供科学依据。[方法]对盘锦市2005～2010年猩红热疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2010年盘锦市累计报告猩红热病人1211例，年均发病率为15．50／10万，各年发病率分别为11．39／10万、17．52／10万、14．15／10万、24．51／10万、17．11／10万、8．35／10万。2005～2010年年均发病率（／10万），双台子区为30．60，兴隆台区为21．45，盘山县为7．14，大洼县为7．42；0～4岁为68．45，5～9岁为56．85，10～14岁为149．31，≥15岁为0．53；男性为18．79，女性为12．09。1211例病人中，4～6月发病的占35．51％，其他月份发病的占64．49％；托幼儿童占47．32％，散居儿童占10．98％，学生占40．46％，其他职业者占1．24％。[结论]盘锦市猩红热发病率处于较高水平，托幼儿童和小学生为主要发病群体。

Analysis on the Epidemiological Characteristics of Scarlet Fever in Panjin City, 2005-2010

[Objective]To understand the prevalence of scarlet fever in Panjin city,and provide scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures. [Methods]Analysis was made on the epidemic data in Panjin city, 2005- 2010. [Results]There were 1 211 cases of scarlet fever in Paniin city,2005 2010,the annual average incidence rate was 15.5%,and the incidence rate （/105） of each year was 11, 39,17.52,14. 15,24.51,17. 11 and 8. 35 respectively. The annual average incidence rate from 2005-2010 （/10s） of every district in Panjin city（Shuangtaizi, Xing longtai, Panshan, Dawa） was 30.60,21.45,7.14,and 7.42,respectily;The cases from 0-4 years 68.45,5-9 years 56.85,10-14 years 149.31,≥ 15 years 0.53;males 18.79 females were 12.09. Among the 1 211 patients,the number of cases from April to June were 35.51 % of the total, the ratio of other months was 64.49 %. Preschool children accounted for 47.32 %, scattered children, students and other occupations accounted for 10.98%, 40.46% and 1.24% respectively. [Conclusion] The incidence of scarlet fever in Panjin city is at a high level, preschool children and primary school students are the main groups.
