2008-2010年即墨市中小学生因病缺课网络直报监测资料分析

目的]了解中小学生因病缺课情况和病种，为及时处置学校传染病疫情提供依据。方法]对2008年9月至2010年12月“青岛市学生因病缺课症状监测网络直报系统”监测资料进行分析。结果]2008年9月至2010年12月合计96所学校进行了因病缺课的网络直报，直报系统报告率为79．34％。因病缺课总人次为3118，因病缺课总天数为4140d。缺课率小学、初中、高中分别为8．85％、5．33％、4．13％（P〈0．01）；男生为6．69％、女生为6．67％（P〈0．01）；农村地区学生为7．60％、城镇学生为5．53％（P〈0．01）；缺课疾病主要是呼吸系统疾病、胃肠道疾病、外伤和传染病，分别占55．19％、19．79％、8．27％和6．92％。中小学生均以呼吸系统疾病占首位，初中和小学胃肠道疾病居第二位，高中外伤居第二位。结论]呼吸系统疾病、胃肠道疾病、传染病、外伤4种疾病是中小学生缺课最多的病种，应重点防治。

Data Analysis of Illness-induced School Absence from Web-based Reporting System in Jimo City, 2008-2010

Objective]To understand the status of absence from class for illness, so as to provide basis for prevention and control of the prevalence of diseases. Methods]Surveillance data from ＂Qingdao Web-based reporting system of illness-induced school absence ＂ from September 2008 to 2010 were analyzed. Results]Web-based reporting system of illness-induced school absence was operated in 96 schools from September 2008 to 2010, the percentage of report was 79.33%. The total illness-induced absence was 3118 per-person and involved 4 140 d. The absence rate was 8.82%, 5. 32% and 4.13% in primary,junior and senior high schools respectively （ P 〈0.01）. It was 6.69% and 6. 62% in boy and girl students （ P 〈0.01） as well as 7.81% and 5. 08% in the students from rural areas and town （ P 〈0. 01）. The main diseases that caused absence from class were respiratory disease, gastrointestinal disease, injury and infectious disea- ses,accounting for 55.19% ,19.78% ,8.27% and 6.92% respectively. Respiratory disease was the top disease that caused absence from class in primary and middle schools and then gastrointestinal disease, injury accounted for the second that caused absence in senior high schools. Conclusion] Respiratory, gastrointestinal, infectious diseases and injury which caused absence for class are the main diseases to be paid more attention for prevention and control.
