| 摘 要： | 目的]分析广州市越秀区社区精神卫生工作现状和康复措施落实情况。方法]对越秀区22个街道办事处2008-2010年社区精神疾病防治康复工作情况进行分析。结果]2008～2010年越秀区精神病患病率分别为0．62％、0．62％、0．63%；病人的监护率分别为91．83％、95．64％、97．34％，显著好转率分别为88．16％、88．18％、90．91％，参与社会率分别为79．53％、83．93％、86．76％，参与康复训练率分别为85．0%、89．29％、92．49％，治疗率分别为60．17％、62．01％、65．49％，肇事率分别为0．28％、0．24％、0．03％。结论]越秀区开展社区精神疾病防治康复工作是卓有成效的。

| Abstract: | Objective]To analyze community mental heahh status and implementation of rehabilitation measures in Yuexiu district,Guangzhou city. Methods]During 2008-2010,analysis was made on the work of community mental disease prevention and rehabilitation in 22 sub-districts in Yuexiu district. Results]In Yuexiu district, 2008 2010, the prevalence of mental illness was 0.62%,0.62%,0.63%,patient care rates were 91.83%,95.64%,97,34%,significantly improved rates were 88.16% ,88. 18%,90.91% ,participation in social activity rates were 79.53% ,83.93% ,86.76% ,participation in rehabilitation rates were 85.00%,89.29% ,92.49% ,the treatment rates were 60, 17% ,62.01% ,65.49% ,the accident rate was 0.28%, 0.24 %, 0.03 %. Conclusion]The psychiatric prevention and rehabilitation program in the communities in Yuexiu district, Guangzhou city has been shown to be an effective way for psychiatric intervention. |
