2007-2009年淄博市张店区中小学生常见病患病情况调查

目的]了解张店区中小学生常见病患病情况及其影响因素。方法]采用整群抽样的方法，对2007～2009年全体中小学生主要常见病调查结果进行分析。结果]张店区学生近视、超重、肥胖等患病情况呈现逐年上升趋势。视力不良，2007年小学生占33．00％，中学生占63．07％；2008年小学生占34．03％，中学生占67．67％；2009年小学生占34．16％，中学生占70．47％。肥胖，2007年小学生占16．49％，中学生占18．10％；2008年小学生占17．11％，中学生占20．24％；2009年小学生占18．24％，中学生占22．00％。结论]张店区中小学生中视力不良、超重、肥胖、龋齿呈逐年上升趋势，沙眼呈现下降趋势，教育与卫生部门应该进一步加强学生预防常见病知识的预防工作。

Investigation on Common Diseases Among Students in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, 2007-2009

Objective]To understand the common diseases and its influencing factors among primary and secondary students in Zhangdian district, Methods]Cluster sampling method was used to analyze the results of all the primary and secondary students of the major common diseases,2007 2009.Results]The prevalence of shortsightedness, overweight,obesity showed an upward trend year by year among students in Zhangdian district. Poor vision： in 2007, primary school students accounted for 33.00 % and high school students accounted for 63.07 %;in 2008, primary and high school students accounted for 34.03% and 67.67% ,respectively;and in 2009 accounted for 34. 16% and 70.47% ,respectively. Obesity：in 2007,primary school students accounted for 16.49% and high school students accounted for 18.10% ;in 2008,primary and high school students accounted for 17.11% and 20.24%, respectively; and in 2009 accounting for 318.24% and 22.00%,respectively.Conclusion]The students with poor vision, overweight, obesity and dental caries increase year by year in Zhangdian district;and trachoma is in decreasing trend. Education and health departments should further enhance the students＇ knowledge on the prevention of common diseases.
