2008-2010年宁阳县部分人群艾滋病检测资料分析

[目的]了解宁阳县医疗机构艾滋病检测情况，为艾滋病防治工作提供依据。[方法]对2008～2010年在宁阳县乡镇以上医疗机构就诊的术前病人、孕产妇、受血及血制品病人艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测资料进行分析。[结果]2008~2010年累计检测3类人群32510人，检出HIV感染者4例（术前病人2例、孕产妇2例）。HIV抗体检测率，术前病人为83．10％，孕产妇为85．83％，受血及血制品病人为97．34％（P〈0．01）；2008年为71.33％，2009年为84．25％，2010年为99．27％（P〈0．01）。[结论]宁阳县医疗机构手术病人、受血及血制品病人、孕产妇HIV抗体检测率与HIV感染率均较高。

Analysis on HIV Testing Data Among Medical Institutions in Ningyang County, 2008-2010

[Objective]To understand the HIV testing of medical institutions in Ningyang county,so as to provide the basis for the AIDS preventing and controlling. [Methods] HIV antibody detection data were analyzed, which were taken from preoperative patients, pregnant women, and blood recipient and blood products patients coming for treatment in Ningyang township medical institutions during 2008-2010. [Results]During 2008-2010, three kinds of people in 32 510 were cumulatively detected, 4 cases （including 2 preoperative patients and 2 pregnant women） were infected with HIV. HIV antibody detection rate,83.10% of preoperative patient,85.83% of pregnant women,97.34% of blood recipient and blood product patients （ P 〈0.01）. Three categories of HIV antibody detection rate, 71.33 % in 2008;84.25 % in 2009;99.27 % in 2010 （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The HIV antibody detection rate and HIV infection rate are comparatively high,according to the sample of the operation patient, blood recipient and blood products patient, and pregnant women treated in Ningyang medical institutions.
