2008-2009年玉林市部分非淋球菌性尿道炎患者感染支原体检测及药敏分析

摘    要:目的]了解非淋球菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者的支原体感染及药敏情况,为临床正确用药提供参考。方法]对2008~2009年到玉林市疾病预防控制中心诊治的1262例门诊疑为NGU患者进行支原体培养及药敏分析。采用支原体药敏试剂盒检测支原体.观察药敏结果。结果]1262例NGU疑似患者标本中支原体培养阳性者532例,阳性率为42.16%。532例支原体阳性者中,单纯解脲支原体(Uu)感染371例,占69.74%;单纯人型支原体(Mh)感染25例,占4.70%;Uu+Mh混合感染136例,占25.56%。1262例患者中男性606例.女性656例,男女性支原体感染阳性率分别为26,24%、56.86%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。单纯Uu感染者其约物敏感性最高的为交沙霉素(95.15%),其次为环脂红霉素(90.30%).耐药率最高为环丙沙星(64.15%);单纯Mh感染者其敏感性最高的为美满霉素(100.00%),其次为交沙霉索(80.00%).耐药率最高的为阿奇霉素,罗红霉素均为(84.00%);Uu-Mh混合感染者,敏感性最高的是交沙霉素(86.76%),其次为强力霉素(79.41%),耐药率最高的为环丙沙星(81.62%)。结论J支原体感染以单纯Uu感染最为普通,临床应根据药敏结果合理选择抗生素,以有效控制泌尿牛殖道支原体的感染。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the mycoplasma infection and the drug sensitivity of non gonococcal urethritis patients and provide reference for correct clinical medication. Methods]To observe the resuhs of drug sensitivity,mycoplasma was tested by a drug sensitivity kit.Results]Of the 1 262 cases,532 were detected mycoplasma positive,with a positive rate of 12.16%,including 371 cases positive for Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) (69. 74%),25 cases positive for Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) (1.70% ),and 136 cases positive for two Ureaplasma mixed infection(25.56% ). Of the 1 262 ca ses,606 cases were male patients and 656 cases were female patients.the difference in the positive rate between male and female patients had statistic significance( P 〈0.01). Uu was sensitive to Josamycin(95.15%)and Cycloate Erythromycin (90.30%);Mh was sensitive to Minocycline(100.00%)and ,losamycin(80.00%);the mixed infect ions of Uu+ Mh was sensitive to Josamycin(86.76%)and Doxycycline(79. 11%). Uu and Uu+ Mh were most resistant to Ciprofloxacin (64. 15%)and Ciprofloxacin(81.62%): Mh were both most resistant to Azithromycin (84.00%)and Roxithromycin (84.00%). Conclusion]Mycoplasma infection is dominated by Uu,and rational selection of antibiotics based on the results of drug sensitivity test will be important for effective control of mycoplasma infection in the urino-genital tracts.
