青少年布加综合征临床特征分析

目的:分析青少年布加综合征临床特点,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析徐州医学院附属医院介入科31例青少年布加综合征患者病史、症状体征、实验室指标及预后情况。结果:青少年组BCS白细胞计数、血小板计数、CA125、凝血酶原时间、部分活动度、凝血酶原时间比值及国际标准化比值与中老年组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青少年组肝静脉型所占比例较高,临床表现腹胀、腹水多见,且病程短、1年复发率高。结论:青少年组BCS相对其他年龄组分型有所不同,凝血功能改变较其他年龄组明显,病程短、复发率高,应该加大对青少年BCS的研究,为疾病诊疗提供依据,降低误诊漏诊率,提高预后生存率。

Clinical Character Analysis of Young Budd-Chiari Syndrome Patients

Objective:To analyze the characters of young Budd-Chiari syndrome patients and supply scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and therapy.Methods:Analyze the history,symptom,laboratorial index and prognosis of 31 young Budd-Chiari syndrome patients who hospitalized in the affiliated hospital of xuzhou medical college retrospectively.Results:The difference of white blood cell,platelet count,CA125,PT,APTT,INR between young and older had statistical significance.Hepatic vein obstruction type had higher frequency in youth with symptoms mainly as ascites and abdominal distension.The youth also had shorter course of disease and higher rate of recurrence.Conclusion:Compared to older patients,young Budd-Chiari syndrome patients had different obstruction type and severe changes in coagulation system with shorter disease course and high recurrence rate.We should put more effort to do research about young Budd-Chiari syndrome and lower the misdiagnosis rate to realize better prognosis.
