| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的原因及预防皮瓣坏死的新方法。方法 将1990～1999年420乳腺癌病例分为对照组和实验组,将其手术方法进行对比研究。结果 前6年对照组皮瓣坏死率为43.3％,后4年实验组皮瓣坏死率为11.8％。经统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 实验组的新措施对预防乳腺皮瓣坏死有重要作用,真皮层血管网的损伤是皮瓣坏死的根本原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes of skin flap necrosis after the radical operation of carcinoma of breast and the new methods of preventions of skin flap necrosis. Methods four hundreds and twenty cases of breast carcinoma(during ten years from 1990 to 1999) were divided into treatment group (group 1) and control group(group 2).The methods of operation were compared between the treatment group and control group. Results The skin-flap necrosis rate of group 2 was 43.3% (90/208),and that of group 1 was 11.8% (25/212), with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion The new methods used in group 1 can prevent skin flap necrosis.Injures of the blood vessel network in dermis is the primary cause of skin flap necrosis. |
