卵巢畸胎瘤的16层螺旋CT诊断

目的:分析卵巢畸胎瘤的16层螺旋CT影像特征。方法:回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的卵巢畸胎瘤35例,均行16层螺旋CT检查,并进行横断、冠状、矢状及多平面重建图像。结果:35例卵巢畸胎瘤中,19例为成熟实性畸胎瘤。其特征性表现边界清楚,有大小不等的头节形成的13例,以脂肪成分为主,壁薄,囊壁有钙化的9例;13例成熟囊性畸胎瘤表现为囊性成分伴囊内分隔;3例未成熟畸胎瘤多呈实性及混杂密度,以实性结构为主,伴有脂肪密度,边界模糊。结论:16层螺旋CT平扫诊断卵巢畸胎瘤具有特征性表现,有助于提高诊断的准确性。

16-slice CT Diagnosis of Ovarian Teratomas

Objective To analyze the 16-slice CT features of ovarian teratomas. Methods The CT findings of 35 cases pathologically-proved ovarian teratomas were retrospectively analyzed. Ail were examined by CT axial,coronal, sagittal reconstruction and MPR. Results In the 35 case of ovarian teratomas. 19 were matured solid masses. Rokitansky nodule 13 case. Fat-fluid level,which wall was thin and have fat component chiefly calcification in the wall. 9 ease. 13 case were matured cyst masses. Which have cystic component and partition. 3 case were in matured tumors. They have solid component chiefly and mixed density,its border was inclear with fat density. Conclusion The typial characteristic 16-slice CT signs can help to improve the diagnosis of ovarian teratomas.
