黑米皮花色苷的抗氧化与降血脂作用

摘    要:目的:观察黑米皮花色苷(blackricepericarpanthocyanin,BRPA)对实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平和抗氧化酶活性及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:将SD大鼠分成正常对照、高脂对照和低、中、高剂量BRPA组,即2.5%、5.0%、10.0%BRPA灌胃(ig)1ml/100gbw,测定其血脂水平及血清和肝脏总抗氧化能力(TAC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和MDA含量,并通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法测定血清抗ox-LDL抗体滴度。结果:摄入BRPA后高脂血症大鼠血脂水平和动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)均较高脂对照组显著降低,而血清和肝脏TAC、SOD和GSH-Px活性明显增强,血清ox-LDL抗体滴度显著下降,MDA的生成量显著减少。结论:BRPA具有降血脂和抗氧化等生物活性,可以降低动脉粥样硬化发生的危险性。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of black rice pericarp anthocyanin(BRPA) on serum lipids, anti-oxidative enzymes and malondialdehyde (MDA) in hyperlipidemic rats. Method: The SD rats were divided into 5 groups, which were normal group, model group and 3 different doses of BRPA groups i.e. 2.5% , 5.0%, 10.0% BRPA ig 1 ml/100g bw. The levels of serum lipids, the content of MDA and activity of SOD, GSH-Px in serum and liver were measured. The titer of antibody to ox-LDL was determined by ELISA. Results: The levels of serum lipids and atherosclerosis index in hyperlipidemic rats fed with BRPA were significantly lower than those in model group. The activities of SOD, GSH-Px were increased. The contents of MDA in serum and liver and the titer of antibody to ox-LDL in serum were decreased in BRPA groups. Conclusion: BRPA has antioxidative and hypolipidemic effects, which make it reduce the risk of atherogenesis.
