| 摘 要： | 目的评估术前个性化心理护理对手术患者顺利进行手术的影响。方法选取某院外科患者56例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组进行术前常规心理护理，观察组在术前常规心理护理基础上，根据患者不同情况，进行个性化心理护理。在术前1d和术前1h对血压、心率及焦虑程度进行评估。结果观察组血压、心率及焦虑程度均好于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论术前个性化心理护理是稳定情绪、减轻焦虑，使手术顺利进行的有效办法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative individuation mental nursing on operative patients. Methods 56 cases of patients with operation were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The patients in the experiment group were applied with preope rative individuation mental nursing and routine nursing care ,while only received routine nursing care in the control group. The alteration of blood pressure,heart rate and anxiety of patients before and after intervention was evaluated. Results The blood pressure,heart rate and anxiety level of experimental group became better than the control group. Conclusion Personalized preoperative psychological care can to stabilize mood and reduce anxiety, so it was an effective way to make operation successful. |
