摘    要:本文重点对比了赛艇与自行车两种测功方式的优秀赛艇运动员的心肺功能测试结果,同时横向对比了国内外同类运动员两种测功方式的心肺功能诊断结果,指出,中国优秀赛艇运动员心肺功能的相对水平并不低于国际优秀赛艇运动员,优秀专项运动员心肺功能及通气无氧阈诊断的合理性、有效性是当前值得重视的问题,否则将会影响科研对训练的指导意义。

Abstract:Eleven elite oarsmen went through cardiopulmonary tests with rowing and cycling ergometers. The main test items included lactic acid (LAmax), heart rate (HRmax), oxygen pulse (O_2Pmax), ventilation (VEmax) and maximal oxygen uptake (VO_2max). The results showed that the values of LAmax (P<0.001), O_2Pmax (P<0.01), VEmax (P<0.05) and VO_2max (P<0.05) obtained with the rowing ergometer were all 10-15% higher than those obtained with the cycling ergometer. This suggested the validity of the test with the rowing ergometer for diagnosing the cardiopulmonary function in elite oarsmen.Comparisons with data provided by reports on elite oarsmen in foreign countries show that the relative measurements taken from elite Chinese oarsmen on a rowing ergometer are up to the world's highest standards.
