| 摘 要： | <正> 压力蒸汽灭菌工作是控制医院内感染的重要手段之一。落后的压力蒸汽灭菌器正逐渐被淘汰。我院自1984年开始应用程控下排气压力蒸汽灭菌柜(下简称程控排气柜)和程控预真空压力蒸汽灭菌柜(下简称预真空柜),对其灭菌效果和正确使用进行了探讨。现将使用试验结果报告于下。

STUDY ON THE GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF AUTOCLAVES |

| Abstract: | The downward displacement autoclave(program controlled)and prevacuum autoclave(autocontrolled)were used and studied for several years. It was indicated that the prevacuum autoclave has reliable sterilization effect, shortens sterilization time and keeps sterilized materials dry. The program controlled dowward displacement autoclave can operate automatically, but still has the disadvantages of usual downward displacement autoclave, which can cause failure in sterilization in case of improper use. |
