血细胞分析仪计数血小板结果异常的原因及纠正

目的]探讨血细胞分析仪计数血小板误差原因及纠正方法。方法]共收集血小板计数异常者96例，同时用全自动血细胞分析仪（包括阻抗法和流式细胞计数法）检测和目视显微镜计数法计数。结果]采血不顺利、抗凝剂依赖、血小板体积偏大、小红细胞、乳糜血等均能引起血小板计数误差。结论]用血细胞分析仪计数血小板时，遇到结果偏低或偏高，均要结合血小板直方图分布情况、仪器报警提示和血涂片镜检做出判断，对与实际病情不符的结果，要采取不同的方法进行修正。

Abnormal results of platelet count detected by blood cell analyzer and its rectification
