| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中性粗细胞弹性蛋白酶（NE）在鉴别渗出液和漏出液中的作用。方法 运用ELISA法检测100份浆膜腔积液中的NE。其中50份为渗出液，50份为漏出液（经传统显微镜法，化学方法及结合临床判断）。结果 92％渗出液NE浓度值均大于290ng／ml；96％漏出液NE浓度值均小于290ng／ml。渗出液NE显著高于漏出液（P〈0．05）。结论 NE在鉴别渗出液和漏出液中有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of neutrophil elastase(NE) in differentiation of exudates and transudate. Methods Neutrophil elastase in 50 exudates and 50 transudate samples were detected with ELISA. Results The concentration of NE was higher than 290ng/ml in 92% of the exudates;while the concentration of NE was lower than 290ng/ml in 96% of the transudate,showing significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The concentration of NE is of significant importance in differentiation of exudates and transudate. |
