72833例涉外门诊患者医疗服务的探索研究与对策

目的：了解青岛市市立医院涉外门诊患者的疾病构成及其特点,分析外籍人士的医疗服务需求情况,明确涉外医疗服务方面存在的问题与不足,提出对策建议,进一步探讨提升医院的涉外医疗服务水平。方法：收集2007年1月-2012年12月某院涉外门诊外籍患者就诊资料,疾病诊断按照国际疾病分类方法（ICD-10）进行构成比分析,通过问卷调查记录资料。结果：实施与国际接轨的就医模式,诊疗技术满意度较高;医疗服务流程及医疗服务软环境有待进一步提升。结论：总结经验,加大宣传力度,逐步扩大涉外医疗服务项目,改善医院环境,提高服务水平,满足涉外人士的卫生服务需求。

Study on 72 833 Cases of Foreign-related Outpatient Medical Service and Strategies Exploration

Objective：To understand the diseases composition and characteristics of the foreign outpatients in the International Clinic of Qingdao Municipal Hospital,and to analyze their demand for medical services.Proposals are made for enhancement of medical services in order to address specific foreign problems and identified areas for improvement.Method：Foreign outpatients＇ data from January 2007 to December 2012 were collected and constituent ratio was analyzed in terms of diseases diagnosis according to the International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）,through the questionnaire survey data recorded.Result：The implementation of medical model in line with international standards was obtained high satisfaction.Process of medical services and medical soft environment needed to be further improved.Conclusion：Sum up experience,intensify propaganda,and gradually expand the foreign medical services,improve the hospital environment,improve service levels,may meet the demand for health services of foreign people.
