经尿道等离子双极电切术在高龄前列腺增生患者中的综合效果观察

摘    要:目的:观察经尿道等离子双极电切术在高龄前列腺增生患者中的综合效果。方法:将2011年12月-2013年3月于本院进行治疗的86例高龄前列腺增生患者遵照随机数字表法分为对照组(经尿道前列腺电切术)43例和观察组(经尿道等离子双极电切术组)43例,然后将两组患者手术前后的BPHQLS评分、IPSS评分、最大尿流率及残余尿量进行比较。结果:观察组手术后的BPHQLS评分、IPSS评分、最大尿流率及残余尿量均显著优于对照组,并且好于本组手术前的评估结果,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子双极电切术在高龄前列腺增生患者中的综合效果较好,患者术后的综合状态也相对较佳。

Observation on the Comprehensive Effect of Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection in Elderly Patients with Hyperplasia of Prostate Gland

Abstract:Objective: To observe the comprehensive effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection in elderly patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland. Method: Eighty-six elderly patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland in the hospital from December 2011 to March 2013 were divided into control group ( transurethra] resection of the prostate group ) 43 cases and observation group ( transurethral plasmakinetic resection group ) 43 cases by the random number table. BPHQLS score, IPSS score, maximal urinary flow rate and residual urine volume of two groups before and after the operation were compared. Result: The BPHQLS score, IPSS score, maximal urinary flow rate and residual urine volume of observation group after the operation were all significantly better than those of control group, and those indexes were better than the evaluation results before the operation too ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The comprehensive effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection in elderly patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland are better, and the comprehensive state of patients after the operation are relatively better too.
