慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症死亡因素研究分析

目的：分析慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症发生死亡的原因,探讨治疗对策。方法：选择本院死亡的36例慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者作为观察组,同期36例未死亡慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为对照组,观察两组的基本资料和治疗情况,分析观察组患者死亡原因。结果：观察组死亡主要原因有心脑血管疾病和肺部感染,心血管疾病死亡率占47.22%,肺部疾病占30.56%,其余均为脑血管意外造成。观察组年龄、体重增长速度、收缩压、舒张压和血清白蛋白水平等基本资料与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组的血液透析时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：导致慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症死亡的因素较多,以心血管疾病和感染为主,收缩压、舒张压和血清白蛋白水平是判断慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症病情的重要指标。

Death Factor Analysis of Chronic Renal Insufficiency Uremia

Objective：To analyze causes of death of chronic renal insufficiency uremia and study treatment countermeasures.Method：To choose death of 36 patients in our hospital with chronic renal failure uremia as observation group,compared with 36 patients who did not died with chronic renal failure patients as control group,and observe two groups of basic data and the treatment situation,to analyse causes of death in observation group of patients.Result：The main reason of death in observation group was heart cerebrovascular disease,and lung infection,cardiovascular disease mortality（47.22%）,lung diseases（30.56%）,and the rest were caused by cerebrovascular accident;compared with the control group,age,the growth rate of weight,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and basic information such as serum albumin level of observation group had significant differenceand（P〈0.05）,hemodialysis time of observation group was obviously shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Many factors can result in the deaths of chronic renal failure and uremia,the main reason is cardiovascular disease and infection,the systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and serum albumin level is an important index of chronic renal failure uremia disease.
