| 摘 要： | 目的：分析加减定经汤治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征疗效。方法：分析本院2011年1月-2012年7月收治的110例青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床资料，分别采用加减定经汤或达英-35治疗。结果：观察组患者的疗效、LH、LH／FSH和T均显著地优于对照组患者（P〈0．05），但是两组患者的FSH和E2比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：加减定经汤治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the effect of Jiajian Dingjing decoction for treatment of adolescant polyeystic ovary syndrome. Method： To analyze the clinical data of the Jiajian Dingjing decoction or diane-35 for treatment of 111） patients with adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2012. Result： However, the effect of LH, LH/FSH, and T in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . There were nO significant differences in FSH and E2 between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： Jiajian Dingjing decoction for treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome is efficacy. It is worthy to be popularized. |
