美托洛尔对慢性充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果观察

目的：探讨美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效，为临床实践提供参考依据。方法：120例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规抗心衰治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔治疗，治疗6个月后，比较两组患者的心功能和左室射血分数的改善情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率及显效率均明显高于对照组，左室射血分数显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗基础上加用美托洛尔能够显著改善CHF患者的心功能和左室射血分数，且安全性较好，值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Metoprolol in 48 Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, and provide information for clinical practice. Method： 120 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The routine cardiotonic and diuretic were used in both groups, besides this, the observation group was added with metoprolol for six months. The improvement of heart function and left ejection fraction were compared. Result： Both the total effective rate and excellence effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a significant difference between them （ P〈0.05 ）, and the left ejection fraction increased significantly. Conclusion： Using metoprolol on the basis of the routine treatment of cardiotonic and diuretic for chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function and left ejection fraction, and its clinical effect is definite and safe.
