AO锁定内固定系统治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

目的：分析探讨AO锁定内固定系统治疗方法对不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果,为不稳定型桡骨远端骨折寻找最合适的治疗方法。方法：对本院在2011年3月-2012年5月所收治的84例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,每组42例。治疗组采用新型AO锁定内固定系统治疗,对照组采用传统手法复位治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗总有效率。结果：采用AO锁定内固定系统治疗方法的治疗组优良率明显比采用传统手法复位的对照组优良率高,治疗组治疗效果优：15例,治疗效果良：20例,治疗效果尚可：6例,治疗效果差1例,总治疗效果优良率为83.3%;对照组治疗效果优：10例,治疗效果良：16例,治疗效果尚可：14例,治疗效果差：2例,总治疗效果优良率为61.9%。两组之间数据对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。依据Aro桡骨远端骨折复位后功能评价,治疗组骨折治疗效果明显优于对照组。患者术后均未发生感染,骨折愈合情况良好;复查X线片显示所有患者骨折均骨性愈合,未出现内固定松动、神经刺激症状等。结论：采用AO锁定内固定系统治疗方法治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折有显著性疗效,术后患者骨性愈合情况良好,是一种比较好的治疗方法。

AO Locking Fixation System for the Treatment of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures

Objective：To analyze investigate the therapeutic effects of AO locking fixation system for treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Method：In our hospital from March 2011 to May 2012,84 cases of unstable distal radius fractures in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a treatment group and the control group,depending on the treatment,42 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with the new AO locking fixation system,the control group used traditional manual reduction treatment,patient outcomes and the total effective rate were compared.Result：AO locking fixation system method excellent rate of treatment group was significantly superior rate than traditional practices reset the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group excellent：15 cases,the treatment effect was benign：20 cases,the treatment effect was acceptable：6 cases. treatment was poor,the total treatment effect was 83.3%;the control group,the treatment effect was excellent：10 cases, good treatment effect：16 cases,the treatment effect was acceptable：14 cases,the treatment was poor：two cases,the total treatment effect good rate was 61.9%. Data compared between the two groups had a significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）.The function evaluation basis Aro distal radius fractures, fracture treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Patients after surgery were infection,fracture healing in good condition;review of X-ray showed that all patients with fractures were bone union,did not appear within loosening nerve irritation.Conclusion：AO locking fixation system for treatment in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures have significant efficacy,patients satisfaction,postoperative bone healing fracture reduction and internal fixation results.
