甲钴胺联合疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的：研究甲钴胺联合疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：选取确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的86例住院患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组43例和对照组43例;两组入院后基础治疗相同,对照组仅单用甲钴胺治疗,治疗组联用疏血通注射液治疗,均治疗2周,记录入院前后患者的运动神经传导速度（MCV）和感觉神经传导速度（SCV）,分析两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.34%,明显高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前MCV和SCV差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组的MCV和SCV均较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且治疗后治疗组MCV和SCV均明显高于对照组,差异亦均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：甲钴胺联合疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果确切,值得在临床推广。

The Clinical Research of Mecobalamin Associated with Shuxuetong Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Mecobalamin associated with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method：86 cases of patients diagnosed as diabetic peripheral neuropathy hospitalized patients for the study were randomly divided into 43 patients of treatment group and 43 patients of control group;same basic treatment in the two groups after admission,the control group was given the only single mecobalamin,the treatment group was given combined with Shuxuetong injection therapy,two weeks of treatment were recorded before and after admission,the patient＇s motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV）and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SCV）analysis of the clinical efficacy in two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.34%,higher than 76.74% of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;two groups before treatment MCV and SCV was no significant difference（P〈0.05）,after treatment in both groups MCV and SCV treatment than before the increase,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;MCV and SCV of treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were also statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Mecobalamin associated with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has good effect,it is worth in the clinical practice.
