经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌症的诊断价值

目的：探讨经阴道超声检查对诊断子宫腺肌症的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析52例术前经阴道超声检查拟诊为子宫腺肌症的声像图表现，术后比对病理结果。结果：经阴道超声检查诊断为子宫腺肌症后经手术病理证实的为45例，符合率为86．5％，其他7例经手术病理证实为子宫肌瘤。结论：经阴道超声检查对诊断子宫腺肌症的准确性较高，是一种简便易行的方法。

Value of Transvaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Uterine Adenomyosis

Objective： To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis. Method： To retrospectively analyzed the uhrasonographie features of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosed as adenomyosis in 52 eases and compared the preoperative and postoperative pathological result. Result： There were 45 eases who were diagnosed adenomyosis by transvaginal ultrasound were proved after operation by pathology, and the coincidence rate was 86.5%. The other 7 cases were proved uterine leiomyoma by pathology after operation. Conclusion： The transvaginal ultrasonography has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis, which is a convenient and feasible method.
