| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨同时解决颧骨过高和颏部短小的一种新方法。方法：口内入路，行L形颧骨截骨降低术，同时行颏部水平截骨术，将颧部骨质移植于颏部，以钛板钛钉做坚强内固定。结果：2000年1月～2007年1月，共18例患者采用如上方法治疗。术后颏部形态满意。结论：L形颧骨截骨降低术同时行颏部水平截骨自体移植隆颏术是一种理想的美容手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the effect of operation for patients with prominent malar complex and microgenia. Methods Through an intraoral approach the malar was resected by L-shape osteotomy. The chin was elongated and moved forword by horizontal osteotomy. The distal part of the chin was rigid fixed with miniplates and screws, autogenous bone from the resected malar complex was inserted in the gap between distal and proximal parts of the chin. Results From Jan 2000 to Jan 2007, this method was applied in 18 patients. All patients obtained good results. Conclusion L-shape osteotomy combined with chin osteotomy and autogenous bone graft is an ideal procedure for the surgical management of the above-mentioned deformities. |
