| 摘 要： | 医院质量自动管理系统研究的目的,是将符合循证医学的最新临床知识最大化地提供给临床工作者,最大化地提取医疗过程中的信息并给予科学分析利用,全程管控医疗行为和进展,不断规范医疗活动过程,强化科学管理,提高工作效率,提高综合效益。“军字一号工程”是该项研究的基础。该系统主要包括医院管理系统、医疗质量分析管理系统、临床决策支持系统三部分,使医院的各项工作形成信息数字化管理模式。

| Abstract: | "Automatic Management System of Hospital Quantity" is established to provide the clinical workers with the latest clinical knowledge which will match to Evidence Based Medicine,to withdraw and analyze the information from the hospital medical treatment process,to control medical treatment behavior and development of hospital.With help of this system,we can definitude medical treatment process,strengthen management,improve work efficiency and synthetically benefit.The system,which was based on "Military No.1 project" included three parts such as hospital management part,analysis of medical quality part,and clinic decision supported part.The establishment of the system will help hospital to realize digital management. |
