摘 要: | 目的通过测定不同人群血液中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达量,初步探讨VEGF与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的关系及吸烟对其表达的影响。方法选择COPD急性加重期患者19例、稳定期患者20例及肺功能正常对照者33例,依据吸烟及肺功能情况分为:①吸烟伴COPD急性加重期19例;②吸烟伴COPD稳定期20例;③吸烟不伴COPD组18例;④不吸烟不伴COPD组15例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测受试者血液中VEGF的水平。结果吸烟不伴COPD组与不吸烟不伴COPD组比较,血液中VEGF表达增强;吸烟伴COPD组包括稳定期及急性加重期与不吸烟不伴COPD组比较,VEGF表达明显增强。血液中VEGF表达与FEV1呈明显负相关(P<0.05),与吸烟指数呈正相关性(P<0.05)。稳定期COPD患者较COPD急性加重期VEGF表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论吸烟以及轻度COPD患者血液中VEGF表达上调,VEGF的过度表达可能参与患者气道与血管重建和气流受限的过程。吸烟刺激VEGF表达增加,VEGF尚不能作为COPD急性加重的判断指标。

Abstract: | Objective To analysis the relations between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)by measuring blood VEGF of different subjects.Methods We draw 19 patients with acute exacerbation stage of COPD,20 patients with stable COPD and 33 control subjects with normal lung function,divided into 4 group by lung function and smoking:①19 subjects with acute exacerbation stage of COPD and smoking;②20 subjects with stable stage of COPD and smoking;③18 smoking subjects but not with COPD;④15 non-smoking subjects and not with COPD.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)to measure the level of VEGF in blood.Results The level of VEGF in blood of smoking group with COPD and not with COPD higher than the group of non-smoking and not with COPD;and there is negative relation between VEGF and FEV1(P<0.05),but positive with smoking index(P<0.05).There is no important difference between stable stage and acute exacerbation stage of COPD.Conclusion Smoking and mild COPD can elevate the expression of blood VEGF,which may involved in the restructure of airway and vascular,and the process of airflow limitation;but VEGF can not as the diagnostic indicators of the acute exacerbation stage of COPD. |
