基于替加氟化疗同步调强放疗在局部中晚期食管癌治疗中的临床研究

目的探讨基于替加氟化疗同步调强放疗在局部中晚期食管癌治疗中的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将本院收治的86例局部中晚期食管癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予替加氟联合奈达铂的化疗方案,并同步调强放疗,对照组仅给予调强适形放疗的治疗。治疗完成后比较两组患者的治疗有效率、疾病控制率及不良反应的发生率。结果实验组治疗有效率、疾病控制率分别为88.4%、95.3%,而对照组为65.1%、90.7%,实验组治疗有效率、骨髓抑制反应的发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组的疾病控制率、其它不良反应的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论基于替加氟化疗同步调强放疗对于局部中晚期食管癌疗效较好,安全性较好高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of the Tegafur Chemotherapy Synchronized With Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Local Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of tegafur chemotherapy synchronized with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 86 local advanced esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given tegafur joint naphthalene chemotherapy with IMRT, and the control group was given IMRT. The effective rate, disease control rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The effective rate, disease control rate of the experimental group was 88.4%, 95.3%. The control group was 65.1%, 90.7% respectively. The effective rate and the incidence of bone marrow transplantation was significantly higher (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in disease control rate and the incidence of other adverse reactions (P >0.05). Conclusions Tegafur chemotherapy synchronized with IMRT for local advanced esophageal cancer has good clinical efficacy and security, which is worthy of clinical application.
