乌梅丸加减治疗2型糖尿病60例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨乌梅丸加减治疗2型糖尿病多食、多饮、多尿症型（“三多”症）的临床疗效。方法：将空腹血糖增高，伴多食、多饮、多尿症状的60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组，对照组采用西药常规降糖治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用乌梅丸加减治疗，12周后观察两组的疗效、中医症状、血糖血脂变化和用药安全性。结果：治疗组总有效率（91．0％）高于对照组（69．5％）（P〈0．05）；治疗组中医证候积分、临床症状改善均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组P2hBG、HbA1C比对照组下降更明显（P〈0．01）；治疗组血脂改善优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；两组患者在治疗过程中未见明显不良反应，检测安全指标均无明显变化。结论：加用乌梅丸加减治疗2型糖尿病多食、多饮、多尿症型，不仅可以明显降低患者的FBG、P2hBG、HbA1C，还能很好地改善临床症状，提高疗效，而且使用安全。

Clinical observation of 60 type 2 diabetes cases treated by Wumei Pill Decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wumei Pill for treating type 2 diabetes. Methods： 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, control group with routine western medicine hypoglycemic therapy, and the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Wumei Pill and treatment. Observation of two curative effect, symptom, the changes of glucose and lipid and drug safety in 12 weeks. Results： the total effective rate in the treatment group （91%） was higher than that of the control group （69.5%） （ P 〈 0.05）; treatment of TCM syndrome integral, the improvement of clinical symptoms were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）; P2hBG, HbA1C treatment group than in the control group decreased more significantly （ P 〈 0.01）; the treatment group is better than blood lipids the control group （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01）; two patients during treatment without obvious adverse reaction, detection of safety indicators have no obvious change. Conclusion： with Wumei Pill Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes can not only significantly decreased in patients with FBG, P2hBG, HbA1C, also can greatly improve the clinical symptoms, and improve the efficacy.
