摘    要:本文对30例慢性肺部疾病导致呼吸衰竭患者进行血流动力学、DO_2及VO_2观察;结果表明呼吸衰竭患者Ppa与TVR均明显升高,分别为5.3±1.0kPa、88.1±35.6kPa/(L·S),其中Ⅱ型呼衰又高于Ⅰ型呼衰。DO_2下降至453ml/(min·m~2)以下,DO~2与VO_2呈线性相关,DO_2低于350ml(min·m~2)提示预后不良。

Abstract:This paper reports the observation onhemodynamic DO_2 and VO_2 of respiratory failue caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-eases(COPD), These results showed that in respiratory failue patients P_(PA) and TVR elevated markedly, ie. 5.3±1.0kPa, 88.1±35.6 kPa/(L·S)respectively. Of them Ⅱ type RF was higher than Ⅰ type RF. DO_2 decreased under 453ml/(min·m~2)There was linear re-lationship between DO_2 and VO_2 Was DO_2 under 350ml/(min·m~2), the prognosis would be poor.
