26例Pilon骨折手术治疗分析

目的:探讨Pilon骨折手术治疗的方法及疗效。方法:采用AO塑形接骨板固定胫骨远端粉碎性骨折并尽可能的恢复关节面,开放性不宜作钢板内固定的采用有限内固定结合外固定支架固定。结果:本组Pilon骨折26例,随访观察:优6例,良13例。优良率73.1%。结论:AO塑形接骨板治疗Pilon骨折有固定牢固、关节面复位平整、愈合快,创伤性关节炎、关节僵硬等并发症少的优点,临床疗效满意。

Operative treatment for 26 cases of pilon fracture

Objective:To study the method and the curative effect of operative treatment for pilon fracture.Methods:The comminuted fracture of tibial distal end was fixed by AO moulding bone plate,and the articular facet was anastated as far as possible.This open fracture was inadvisable for internal fixation of plate,only by external clamp stand combined with finite internal fixation.Results:26cases of pilon fracture were followed-up.6cases were excellent and13were good,the excellent and good rate was73.1%.Conclusion:Treating the pilon fracture by AO moulding bone plate possesses some advantages,such as firm fixation,articular facet recovery evenness,quick healing,fewcomplications of traumatic arthritis or rigid joint and so on,the clinical effect is satisfactory.
