| 摘 要： | 目的观察泡沫灭鼠剂在动物园特殊场所的灭鼠效果。方法按文献方法的要求进行鼠洞查找和阳性鼠洞的判定;以粉迹法灭鼠率和阳性鼠洞下降率判定灭鼠效果。结果粉迹法灭鼠率达92.85%;阳性鼠洞下降率为100%。结论泡沫灭鼠剂在动物园特殊场所灭鼠靶位准确,效果迅速,安全性高,无环境污染。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the foam rodenticide when used in the special area.Methods Looking for the rodent caves and judging the positive rodent caves according to the documents.Evaluating the effect according to the death rates from the powder tracting method and the decrease of the numbers of the positive rodent caves. Results The death rates from the powder tracting method was 92.85%,the decrease rate of the positive rodent caves was 100%.Conclusion When used in the zoo,the foam rodenticide have the advantages such as accuracy in spot site,quick,safety and non-pollution. |
